The Team

The ChemQuest team is small, fast and flexible and is located in offices in Cheshire. We have experienced managerial staff overseeing imports, customs’ requirements and import licences as well as order processing staff who ensure rapid response to client purchase orders as soon as they arrive. Our accounts team ensure that suppliers are paid on time, and are careful to ensure that all client invoices tie up with the original supplier quotation. Because many aspects of ChemQuest’s service are bespoke and highly automated, there is also significant systems and IT support co-ordinated from within ChemQuest and utilising the skills of a specialist external IT company. This close-knit, experienced and multi-skilled team delivers a cost effective and efficient service benefiting the client and the supplier.
